Interested candidates can obtain the prospectus directly from the City Office at 12, B.K. Road, Banamalipur, Agartala or from College Office at East Champamura, Tulakona, Tripura West, Personally / through representative on all working days from 10am to 4.30 pm on payment of Rs. 500/- by cash payment. The duly filled in application along with relevant documents to be enclosed should be submitted to the above offices.
 
Online Application Form : Application can be downloaded from the web site. After filling up the application a DD for a sum of Rs.500/- has to be enclosed along with the filled-in application.The DD must be in the name of "Tripurasundari College of Nursing" payable at Agartala.The duly filled in application along with relevant documents to be enclosed and DD, should be submitted to thecity Office located at 12, B.K. Road, Banamalipur, Agartala.

Documents required to be furnished with the application

The application should be accompanied by:

(a) 10th & 12th Class pass Certificate / Mark sheet  - Attested copy

(b) Proof of Age (10th Class Certificate)/ Admit Card of Madhyamic - Attested copy

(c) Conduct certificate from the Principal of the last School attended(School leaving Certificate).

(d) Letter of authority from parent (From Guardian if parents are not alive) expressing their willingness to join the course with declaration/undertaking.

(e) Letter of authority from parent stating the name of local guardian with address and telephone Number (LL/MOB.)

(f) Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC Certificate from a Divisional Magistrate If applicable.

(g) One recent passport size photograph to be affixed on Form duly signed by the candidate and  attested by the Principal of the School last attended or a Gazetted Officer. Four (4) more photographs are also to be attached.

(h) Attested Copies of BPL Card, if any.
The candidates will be required to bring original certificates at the time of admission and deposit those to the office & will return back to the students after completion of the course.
NOTE: Any ambiguity erases/unattested copies/ false information/ concealment of information detected in the requisite certificates will result in the, cancellation of the candidature of the candidate at any stage of selection and/or during the course of study.
Relaxation of Marks
5% marks will be relaxable for the SC/ST Candidates aspiring to undergo GNM / B.Sc Nursing courses
